Lower Washburn Parish Council covers a district situated to the west of Harrogate in North Yorkshire made up of the five rural areas of Castley, Farnley, Leathley, Lindley and Stainburn.
Parish meetings take place on the second Thursday in May, July, September, November, January and March here at Leathley Parish Rooms commencing at 8.00p.m.
